Returns

1. If you are unhappy with the product and want to return then you have to send us an email with subject “RETURN AUTHORIZATION” this should contain your order id and also reason for returning the product. 
2. We will check and either approve or reject your “Return request” within 2-3 working days.
3. All “Return Requests” have to be placed within 15 calendar days from the date you received it.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
5. We shall not accept damaged items.
6. Your item must be in the original packaging or properly packaged.
7. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: If you have received the product in damaged condition then we will not be responsible for approving the same.

Refunds

1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in 5-7 days to your credit card (or original method of payment).
3. The time taken for your credit to show will totally depend on your card issuer’s policies.
